CAHMCO ventured into multifamily housing with the acquisition and rehab of two buildings located in Woodstock.
This redevelopment located in Woodstock’s historic district provides eight units of affordable rental housing. Rents are affordable to individuals and families below 50% of the area’s median income.
CAHMCO received low interest financing from IHDA and the County. A land use restriction has been recorded against the property to ensure that it remains affordable for 30 years.
Renaissance Apartments has studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units available for rent.
